By requesting commissioned work from me, you (“Client”) agree to all terms detailed below. This Terms of Service ensures the artist (myself) is protected from fraud, theft and general misunderstandings about the development process. Please read the following:Rights & ConditionsYou must be 18+ to commission NSFW or suggestive artwork.I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.You must own or have permission to use any characters, designs, or references you provide.Unless you've requested privacy, I may share finished artwork (and work-in-progress images) in my portfolio or on social media.Please credit me whenever you share or use my work.There will be NO Generative AI at any point during the commission process. If AI-generated material is introduced by the client (you) at any point during the project, the commission will be IMMEDIATELY canceled without a refund.Commissioned artwork may not be used for AI training, AI editing, NFTs, blockchain, cryptocurrency, or any deceptive or fraudulent purposes.Commercial use requires purchasing commercial rights. Commercial rights do not include permission for AI, NFTs, blockchain, or similar uses.I'll do my best to stay in touch throughout the project, and I ask that you do the same. Long periods without communication may result in the commission being canceled.I have kosmemophobia (a fear of jewelry), so I may simplify or leave out certain jewelry entirely. Please understand!Commission ProcessFirst-time clients pay 100% upfront.
Returning clients may pay 50% upfront, with the remaining balance due before the final files are delivered.I'll send progress updates throughout the project, usually starting with the sketch.Most revisions happen during the sketch stage. Once line art or coloring has started, major changes may require additional fees and may extend the timeline.Please be respectful throughout the commission process. Harassment or inappropriate behavior will result in cancellation.PaymentInvoices must be paid through designated payment platforms. Payment provided after the commission is approved does not guarantee additional projects or materials. All payments must be processed in USD.No, I won't take crypto or trades as currency.Prices posted are fixed and non-negotiable. Changes to posted prices may change as quality of work improves but do not affect commissions that are already paid for.Refund & Cancellation RequestsYou may cancel for a full refund before I begin sketching.During the sketch stage, you may cancel for a 50% refund of the amount you've paid.Once work moves beyond the sketch stage, refunds are generally unavailable unless I decide otherwise.If I'm unable to complete your commission, you'll receive a full refund.If I miss your agreed deadline or take longer than three months to complete the commission, you're entitled to a full refund.If a refund is issued, the commission is considered canceled. I won't post the artwork, and any unfinished work will be deleted.TimelinesI'll contact you if I need a timeline extension for your project. (Life can happen sometimes, so I hope you understand.)Standard timelines for project completion is approximately 2-3 weeks. This can change depending on the complexity of the project.
